JAZZ TRIBUTES WITH TOM VAN DER ZAAL

This Spring the award winning saxophonist Tom van der Zaal returns to JAZZ with a unique tribute to three legendary jazz musicians: Freddie Hubbard, Antônio Carlos Jobim and Miles Davis. The event dates of the JAZZ Tributes are: Friday 25 April | Freddie Hubbard; Friday 30 May | Antonio Jobim; Friday 27 June | Miles Davis. Tom van der Zaal is an award winning saxophonist and composer from The Hague. His frequent performance on international stages makes him one of the greatest upcoming jazz artists of The Netherlands. During the live JAZZ Tribute concerts Van der Zaal performs together with his musical friends. It's going to be a fabulous evening, do not miss it and book a ticket! LIVE GYPSY JAZZ EVENTS

This cultural season you can be part of something exciting. With our Gypsy JAZZ concerts we go back to the origins of gypsy jazz. Gypsy jazz emerged in the 1930s in Paris within the Roma communities. It’s a melting pot of French musette, American swing and gypsy music. Gypsy jazz fills the room with an energetic, joyful and fast swinging feeling. You want to be part of this great live jazz event with Jaïr Stunt and Tessa Spaaij!

The event dates in 2024/2025 are Friday 6 September, Friday 18 October, Friday 8 November, Friday 6 December, Friday 17 January and Friday 7 February. Music starts at 20 PM. To make the evening even more memorable, we serve not only food, but as well 1930's classic cocktails. It's going to be a swinging evening, do not miss it and book a ticket! You can do this by selecting the eventdate in the reservation tool and book a table from 18PM onwards. Update: Due to the great success of the live Gypsy JAZZ concerts, we have added five new concerts to the series. Don't miss it and book a ticket for the events on Friday March 14, Friday May 9, Friday July 18, Friday September 26 and Friday November 21, 2025.

A NIGHT IN NEW ORLEANS

This Spring we bring the swinging New Orleans JAZZ to the historic city center of The Hague. Looking for a great night out? Book a ticket for our live jazz concert serie: ‘A Night in New Orleans’. You will be charmed by the distinctive New Orleans jazz style which is known for its strong improvisational element and swinging rhythm that incites to dance. During these jazz concerts the phenomenal musicians David Lukács on saxophone and Alexander Brott on guitar invite their musical friends from the international jazz scene to become the magnificent Dream City Four. The event dates in 2025 are: Friday 28 February; Friday 21 March; Friday 18 April; Friday 16 May and Friday 20 June. New Orleans is famous for its festivals, food and music. The southern city is considered to be the birthplace of jazz music. In earlier days the music of New Orleans combined various styles bringing together different cultural and musical traditions. One of the early jazz musicians us New Orleans was King Oliver, the mentor of Louis Armstrong. Get ready for an evening full of jazzy swing and book a table for food, drinks & live jazz. Music starts at 20 PM. The ticket includes a welcoming drink.

Live JAZZ MUSIC

Every Thursday evening, Friday evening and Sunday afternoon you can enjoy live jazz music at JAZZ Coffee & Wines . We update our live events calendar regularly, and present all live music events at our Instagram page.

During regular live jazz concerts we charge 5 euros per person. This fee will be added to the bill. Tickets for the live jazz series such as ‘Harlem Nights’ and ‘Gypsy Jazz’ cost 12.5 euros per person. Tickets can be booked via the website or on the evening itself.
